Exodus 9:16

SV	Maar waarlijk, daarom heb Ik u verwekt, opdat Ik Mijn kracht [aan] u betoonde, en opdat men Mijn Naam vertelle op de ganse aarde.
WLC	וְאוּלָ֗ם בַּעֲב֥וּר זֹאת֙ הֶעֱמַדְתִּ֔יךָ בַּעֲב֖וּר הַרְאֹתְךָ֣ אֶת־כֹּחִ֑י וּלְמַ֛עַן סַפֵּ֥ר שְׁמִ֖י בְּכָל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
Trans.	wə’ûlām b^a‘ăḇûr zō’ṯ he‘ĕmaḏətîḵā b^a‘ăḇûr harə’ōṯəḵā ’eṯ-kōḥî ûləm^a‘an sapēr šəmî bəḵāl-hā’āreṣ:

AC	טז ואולם בעבור זאת העמדתיך בעבור הראתך את כחי ולמען ספר שמי בכל הארץ
ASV	but in very deed for this cause have I made thee to stand, to show thee my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.
BE	But, for this very reason, I have kept you from destruction, to make clear to you my power, and so that my name may be honoured through all the earth.
Darby	And for this very cause have I raised thee up, to shew thee my power; and that my name may be declared in all the earth.
ELB05	aber eben deswegen habe ich dich bestehen lassen, um dir meine Kraft zu zeigen und damit man meinen Namen verkündige auf der ganzen Erde.
LSG	Mais, je t'ai laissé subsister, afin que tu voies ma puissance, et que l'on publie mon nom par toute la terre.
Sch	aber ich habe dich deswegen bestehen lassen, daß ich dir meine Macht zeige, und daß mein Name auf der ganzen Erde verkündigt werde.
